A glass filled with bubble tea and ice.

After so much success with my strawberry milk tea, I decided to give this popular drink a peachy spin! And oh boy, it worked! This recipe uses real fruit juice and might just be my favorite boba flavor of all time.

And what's even better, it's way cheaper than buying it from a vendor (like Gong Cha, Ding Tea, Chatime, Tastea, Starbucks, etc).

 🍑 Ingredients

These are the simple ingredients you'll need to make your vibrant & satisfying peach milk tea.

All ingredients needed to make peach bubble tea. Ingredient Details

Milk - My favorite choices are almond or oat milk. Coconut, soy, pea, or any other milk of your choice will work too.

Peaches - It's super important to use RIPE peaches. If the peaches are firm, they are not ready yet.

Tea - I recommend black tea - it pairs so well with peaches. Alternatively, you could use green, oolong, Assam, herbal, or even fruit tea. Tea bags or loose-leaf tea are both fine.

Tapioca (boba) balls - Use quick-cooking tapioca pearls. They're ready within a few minutes. Boba pearls can be found online or in your local Asian supermarket.

Sugar - I used light brown sugar - it adds a slightly caramel-like flavor while not turning the drink too dark brown.
